It is coded well, The graphics and controls are a lot better than I was expecting. Thief Simulator is worth the 15 bucks in my opinion. I played it the whole way through in about 40 hours. It has New Game Plus as well. The sounds are good, there is even a bit of a soundtrack. If you don't keep your act together the police will show up and chase you down and try to taze you. There was only really one thing that took me a while to figure out. The game is made by the same people who made mechanic simulator so you can steal cars as well and you can strip them and sell the parts on the black market but here were parts I couldn't seem to take off the vehicles at first. I thought my options were to work on the engine, or work on the wheels to remove parts but there is a third option which isn't as obvious at first glance. You can also work on the suspension. These are 3 different sections that you tinker with separately. Over all the game was quite good. Much better than I was expecting. Ranking: 10\/10Fun little game.. I absolutly fell in love with this game. Really tactical, have to think every move. BUT..Please make those guard better. They see in 360 degree angle, and no chance to tell which way they see by there head. Could you guys make it a bit more realistic, like i could sneak behind them or they are not seeing me from a mile away.But i do recommend the game to anyone who think that he\/she like these kind of games.. was fun for 2 hours. then got bored.. thats all. I try to support Indie games from smaller companies, I really liked the gameplay but it is just really dissapointing. You would expect that after 7 months since release the game would be able to run properly. The Developers Noble Muffins are working on a VR version of Thief Simulator when their PC version doesn't work at all. I looked on the forums and lots of other people are reporting issues which they are failing to address, the only responses the developers are giving is "Reinstall Game", "Check Antivirus",etc. instead of trying to fix the issues, and are instead working on the VR version. I can play countless other games on Steam, some with higher requirements without a problem, yet Thief Simulator keeps crashing every 10 mins, at first the crashes didn't occur very often and then after playing for a while, crashes became more frequent. And if it doesn't crash there are a countless amount of other weird bugs occurring. I think I've wasted enough time on this mess.. I'm finally able to pursue my dream to become a burglar but I feel like the police could be more realistic. In real life the cops don't show up with 7 units in 0.4 seconds. And home owners cant physically call the cops in less than a millisecond.
